Please use this survey form to either create a new request for access to the new BlackBaud Training Central website or to verify or cancel an existing account. The Blackbaud Training Central website houses on-demand computer based training and also allows you to sign up for free instructor led online training courses.
As of June 1, 2015, you will be required to have a Blackbaud.com account in order to access the Training Central website. Prior to submitting your request below, please FIRST check to see if you have an existing Blackbaud.com account. To do so, do the following:
1. Go to Blackbaud.com
2. Click “My Blackbaud” at the top of the page
3. You will be asked to update your account.
4. Choose "I already did this, sign me in"
5. Choose the “Forgot Password” option.
6. Use the same email address (ALA address) as your Luminate Online administrator account.
7. If it says you don't have an account, fill out the form below. A Blackbaud.com account invitation will be sent to you.
8. Follow the intstructions in the invitation email.
