Practice stair climbing up 19 floors, 350 stairs at Saint John’s On The Lake, as many times as you’d like in one hour!

WAIVER: In consideration of the acceptance of my entry into the American Lung Association’s 2020 Practice Climb Events, I hereby for myself, my heirs and my administrators assume all risk of and waive any and all rights and claims for injury and damages which I, and or my minor children or wards, may have against the American Lung Association in Wisconsin, American Lung Association, U.S. Bank National Association, U.S. Bank Center, Saint John’s On The Lake, City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee Safety Academy, Milwaukee Police Department, Milwaukee Fire Department, and all others connected with the event (“released parties”).

This release of claims includes any practice climbs, training climbs, and/or bootcamps I participate in at said buildings.

I grant full permission for organizers to use photographs of me and quotations of me in legitimate accounts and promotions of this event, including posting such photographs and quotations on the Internet.

I represent that I am at least 18 years old and/or am the legally authorized parent or guardian to the participant in the Event(s) to sign this Waiver and Release on behalf of myself or the minor child participating.

INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: If I sign this release on behalf of any minor child or ward, I further agree to indemnify and defend the released parties from any claim, recovery or judgment made or obtained by said minor against the released parties in connection with the above event(s).
