Coming Soon! The 2013 Team Challenge
It’s
that time of year! The 2013 Fight For Air Climb Team Competition is just
around the corner. This year’s Team Competition starts November 1st
and ends on November 30th. The team to get the most new
members will win the grand prize. Stay tuned for contest rules and to see
what your team can win.
Training Tip
Place
your entire foot on each step. Allowing your heels to hang over the edges may
injure your Achilles tendon.
Look
forward, keeping your head up. Don’t let it droop, which can cause neck strain,
though it is fine to glance down when necessary to get your bearings.
Fundraising
Tip: Plan a Paper Cloud Sale
Plan ahead
to make the biggest impact! November
is Lung Cancer and COPD Awareness Month. Plan a fundraiser using Paper
Clouds. You can sell them for $1 each and display them at your office,
business, school or gym. It is a great way to bring awareness to lung
disease and boost your fundraising. Or plan an individualized team
kick-off event to raise awareness and boost your team registration.
